About me
My professional foundation is built on auditing, financial controlling in international business, and systems thinking - the ability to see beyond numbers into the structure, logic, and quality of decisions.
My first academic background is in economics, and my second is in psychology. I have also completed international training in finance, accounting, and strategic management. This allows me to see not only the external financial system, but also the internal architecture of human decision-making - a person’s mindset, values, relationship with reality, the way they make decisions, realize their potential, and shape their own life trajectory.
For me, coaching is a space where analytics, psychology, and real-life decisions come together into an integrated system that creates greater clarity, inner freedom, depth of life, and a stronger sense of moving in alignment with oneself.
I work in the space between understanding and change, helping people make better financial and life decisions and live in greater alignment with themselves, their values, goals, and what gives their lives meaning.
I am a coach working with systemic decisions in both finance and life, as well as with financial resilience as part of a person’s broader life system.
Financial questions rarely exist in isolation.
The way a person earns, manages money, postpones decisions, or responds to risk and uncertainty often reflects deeper internal processes. Behind this may lie long-standing life patterns and behavioral models, beliefs about money, success, value, and security, ways of adapting to uncertainty, as well as one’s relationship with boundaries, responsibility, autonomy, and choice.
This is why the work may begin with a financial question, but almost always expands into a deeper exploration of the quality of decisions, inner resilience, life strategy, and a person’s ability to build a life aligned with their values, potential, and personal understanding of what a meaningful and fulfilling life looks like.
Approach & philosophy
My philosophy is rooted in the balance between systemic clarity and inner alignment.
For me, resilience is not about external control or a perfectly constructed system. It is about the ability to build a life in which decisions, values, goals, and reality gradually begin to support one another.
As greater clarity and understanding of one’s inner logic emerge, chaos gives way to a more mature, integrated, and conscious way of living.
My role is to create a space where complex questions become easier to navigate, and decisions become more precise, grounded, and aligned with a person’s values, potential, and overall life strategy.
Principles & ethics
In my practice, I adhere to the principles of confidentiality and the ethical standards of the ICF, regularly engage in supervision, and continue my professional development in order to maintain a high level of quality, depth, and professional integrity in my work.
According to the ICF approach, coaching is a collaborative partnership designed to stimulate thinking, awareness, and a creative process that helps individuals unlock their personal and professional potential and move toward goals that are truly meaningful to them. A coach does not provide advice or ready-made solutions, but supports clients in finding their own answers through questions, dialogue, and reflection.
Unlike consulting, coaching is not built around universal recommendations or predefined answers.
Coaching can help you:
- better understand your true priorities and patterns of decision-making
- see situations from a broader perspective and discover new possibilities
- reduce inner overwhelm and the chaos behind reactive decisions
- build more mature and sustainable strategies in both life and finances
- translate insight and awareness into real-life change and meaningful action
In coaching, results emerge through a collaborative process.
My role is to provide structure, depth of exploration, and high-quality guidance throughout the work. Your role is to make the decisions, choices, and actions within your own life.
This is why the changes that unfold through the coaching process are rarely superficial or short-term. Over time, they become integrated into everyday life and gradually form part of a new way of thinking, decision-making, and relating to reality.

Process & work structure
01
Initial conversation & clarifying the request
Creating a space for a deeper understanding of your current situation, the life questions that matter most right now, and the direction in which you want to move forward.
02
Life architecture shaping
Gradually building a more integrated and sustainable way of life, in which decisions, values, goals, and reality begin to support and reinforce one another.
03
Support during the integration process
Your new decisions are gradually tested by reality and integrated into everyday life.
As the process unfolds, we explore emerging inner reactions, recurring patterns, and points of tension, while maintaining attention to the quality of decisions, inner resilience, and the direction you are choosing to move toward.
Coaching becomes a space for reflection, recalibration, and the more precise shaping of your evolving life strategy.
04
Integration of results & the next level of life trajectory
At this stage, we reflect on the journey so far and acknowledge the changes that have taken place in your thinking, decision-making, inner state, and overall perception of life.
Through reflection, it becomes easier to see not only what has already changed, but also new possibilities, emerging directions, and the next chapter of your life.
Gradually, a deeper understanding begins to emerge of which goals, values, and decisions truly matter, and which strategies can support continued growth, resilience, and quality of life.
